Well tomorrow night is New Year's Eve. I hope your plans are more exciting than ours, which consists of sitting at home watching the ball drop with Dick Clark. I still have a ton of stuff to do before the big day. Like grocery shopping, menu planning and psyching myself up. I'm looking forward to it though.

I think the coming year is going to be a good one. I'm hoping to get caught up on bills. January is always good because we don't have to pay car insurance and we get a bonus check. Woohoo!! The first part of the year is usually pretty good for us, it's the last half that usually stinks. I'm hoping all 12 months will be good this year though. I don't think it's too much to ask for. Right?

This darn box of Whitman's chocolates is sitting here taunting me. It's calling my name..no..no..it's screaming my name. Darn chocolates!! It doesn't help that I'm bored out of my mind sitting here. The kids are watching a Charlie Brown New Year's special. I won't complain about that though, because the other night it was The Sound of Music. OH MY GOSH...is that movie long! I love musicals, but that movie seems like it is 10 hours long, and that's only after the first half!!! Ok gotta go these chocolates are really getting loud now..lol!
