Like I said before I am actually loving the treadmill. Never in a million years did I think I would ever EVER say that...LOL! I do actually like it though. I don't mind doing it all. I listen to my iPod or listen to the tv while I'm walking and before I know it.. the half hour is over. I'm trying to build up to using it for a whole hour. That is going to take a little while, but I'll get there. I feel a lot better already too. My back is not hurting as bad as it usually does in the mornings. I also feel like I'm getting a little of my energy back. So I feel pretty good..and I lost 4 pounds...so that awesome! Who would of thought that I could burn fat and enjoy it at the same time....shocking isn't it?! lol!

    That's great to hear you're having success with the treadmill! I've been bicycling in an effort to get fit. I tell you I've noticed a difference in my body since starting maybe 6 weeks ago. I'd like to do some core training to supplement. I've always been voluptuous, so I like to hear about other women like me. Unfortunately no music for me. Need to hear cars from behind when I'm on the road. I'll be cheering for you. I know we can both reach our goals.
