There's a lot of things that I would like happen in the new year, and there's a lot of things that I would to NOT have happen in the new year. We have a house we rent out to some family friends, and it seems like every month we are over there fixing something. It's getting tiring...lol! My husband was just over there the other fixing a leaky sink. He's made more trips to the hardware store for plumbing and electrical supplies in the last 6 months, than he has in his whole life probably. Ok..maybe not ...but it seems like it..lol! So here's to no household repairs in the new year!
