Love It

If you are looking to keep track of your calories and exercise online I highly recommend Fitday.com. I discovered it last week, and love it! You might have to spend some time entering food nutrition info for a little, but I think it's worth it. You can track your food, exercise, enter weight goals, it's just an awesome sight! Try it!
