Just got off the treadmill, and I feel pretty darn good. I'm tired...but it's a good tired. A "I actually did something productive" tired....lol! I walked for an hour....worked up a good sweat.. and it went by pretty quick today, I just listened to my tunes and walked my little butt off...ok I walked my big butt off...I'll be honest..hahaha. I've kind of been slacking on the eating...so I have to get better about that...and drinking water....I also need to look into what are the best weight loss supplements and see if they are right for me. Lots to do still, but I'll get there...I have to...I have 30 lbs to lose!! lol!
