Well I am going on week three of no pop. Thursday will officially be three weeks. I am not going to lie, it feels like 10 years. I really miss my pop. I know it's for the best though. I know that I'm much better off giving it up and starting a healthy eating routine. I really need to work on that. So far I've given up pop, but haven't really changed much else. I'm drinking more water, but not nearly enough.
I think after a month of no pop... I will pick something else to work on. Like eating more healthier, or exercising 4 or 5 days a week. I think after a month this no pop thing will be old hat, and I can move on to something else. I might be going slow in changing my health, but it's getting there. I need to just keep at it, and I'm hoping by this time next year I will be a lot smaller in size and have a lot more happiness.
