Getting in the Zone

It has been an unbelievably rough week. I have been on an emotional roller coaster. I think though that it's over, at least for now. I'm sure it will come back someday, but for now I'm going to enjoy the peace of mind I have. It's been a rough week, so having my mind be at a calm place is incredibly relieving and enjoyable. I really need to learn how to relax and just breath. I've been considering mental health retreats for women. I've heard they are good, and it's definitely something I could use right now.

I can't go on one right now, but right now I can sit back, relax, listen to some music and enjoy my peace and quiet before my children get home. I'm sure they're won't be any after they walk through the door. Actually I'm positive there will be none. lol. That's ok though. I miss the little buggers and could use a bit of a distraction right now, and kids bouncing off the walls is definitely a good distraction. Until then though...I'm going to crank up some Adele, and zone. Ahh..music therapy.
