It&amp;#39;s a fun way to burn calories, too. If you trot for 10 minutes you burn about 3 calories a minute. I&amp;#39;ve been riding all of my life but I&amp;#39;m also a fat girl trying to lose weight. I hope that riding can be one of my main sources of exercise.
